Please note that the rental does not come with bed linens or towels! Bed Linen Package can be added for extra convenience - just select the Bed Linen Package when reserving! However, you will still need to bring towels. ​ Also, know that the lake level fluctuates in the fall, winter, and spring. As shown in the pictures.

Please know that we have a motion sensor outdoor security camera observing the driveway 24/7. The camera doesn’t observe any gathering area or sitting area. It is in place to help keep our team members notified of departures and arrivals. We have access to cameras at all times.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
