The Pontoon with lake view just a few steps from the pool!

We call this the Pontoon, but if you want to make waves and catch rays, you'll have to bring yours and tie it up on the dock close by! As you walk in, you are instantly greeted by the open living area. Complete with a comfy queen-size futon with a WIFI-connected smart TV—an eat-in kitchen with a room stocked with dinnerware, cookware, dish soap, and paper towels. To the Right of the living room, you have the main bedroom with a comfy queen size bed. On the other end of the rental, you will find the bunk room with a queen and a set of twin bunks. The full bathroom just outside the bunkroom is furnished with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. As you step outside on the covered porch, you will find an outdoor dining table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Bring your boards and set up corn-hole in the large yard with lake views. The Pontoon is centrally located next to the pool, camp store, and boat ramp.

Please note that the rental does not come with bed linens or towels! Bed Linen Package can be added for extra convenience - just select the Bed Linen Package when reserving! However, you will still need to bring towels.

Also, know that the lake level fluctuates in the fall, winter, and spring.

Please know that we have a motion sensor outdoor security camera that observes the driveway and front door 24/7. The camera doesn’t observe any gathering area or sitting area. It is in place to help keep our team members notified of departures and arrivals and to make sure no one is parked in the driveway blocking your parking spot. We have access to the cameras at all times.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
