As you enter the Swanns View, you are greeted with a spacious living room with two queen-sized futons. A convenient full bathroom right off the living room. The living room is equipped with board and card games and a smart TV with Dish Network. Step out the sliding doors to view the historic Swann's Marina. Come back inside and step up the single step on your left. You will enter the dining room with room to seat six and a fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, cookware, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee pot, and fridge. Past the kitchen, you will find the second full bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Lastly, you have the main bedroom with a comfy queen bed and included pillows. Your rental includes a dock slip to easily dock your boat, which you can use to explore the lake and its surroundings. The dock slip, boat launch, pool, office, and campsite are located in the other section of our campground, which is a short drive by car or a golf cart if you rent one of ours or bring your own.

Please note that the rental does not come with bed linens or towels! Bed Linen Package can be added for extra convenience - just select the Bed Linen Package when reserving! However, you will still need to bring towels.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
